Coach Rodriguez has 45 years of soccer experience, both as a player and Head Men's and Women's soccer coach at the collegiate level. Established in 2015 with one goal in mind, to groom our players to reach their full soccer ability, and develop them into great responsible human beings, in order to prepare them for collegiate soccer. Our coaching staff are well educated in the most popular sport in the world. We have coaches that have played D-I and D-II and others that are High School coaches presently.
We do not pretend to know everything about soccer. However, we truly believe that the past thirty years of coaching has given Invictus SC the knowledge to help build better soccer players, but more importantly how to prepare your child for college soccer and life.
We like to put our players in situational positions, on and off the field. Our coaches insist that they make decisions on their own. It is our jobs as coaches to analyze their results and provide "both positive and negative" feedback and try to assist them in learning from their experiences. By doing this we are hoping that in the future, they will make the best decision available to them. When our players leave, we know they will be accountable for their actions and decisions they make.
Invictus SC exists to provide and lead each one of our players to a personal relationship with Christ, spiritually and to become strong Christians. It is also an opportunity to know what
"I AM" really stands for and allowing it to be part of their lives.
